Labor Day Weekend in Corvallis, Oregon
We’ve got a busy weekend ahead of us! We’ve got the Bounty of Benton County all weekend. Many of the Bounty sites have special activities planned for Labor Day Weekend, so it’s worth checking their websites (find them here) to see what they’ve got happening.
Sweet Earth Vineyards is hosting their Quilts in the Vineyard alongside the Bounty this weekend, too. You can take part in a raffle to win one of the gorgeous quilts on display, and the proceeds of the raffle will benefit Strengthening Rural Families.
4 Spirits Distillery is doing a special limited release of their brand new Silver Rum this weekend, as well. Stop in Saturday, Sunday or Monday to sample their rum and buy a bottle or two before they sell out.
Osborn Aquatic Center is hosting a Back to School Fiesta today, or you can meet author Kate Dyer-Seeley at grass Roots tonight.
The Beavers take on Portland State in the first football game of the year at 1pm, and there’s a free concert after the game with Kurt Van Meter!
We’ve also got the Corvallis Farmers Market and the River Ecology and Restoration Walk with Greenbelt Land Trust. We’ve got room left on our Historic Homes Trolley Tour, too, and it’s the last one of the year!
Sunday morning you can join in on a yoga retreat at Lumos Winery, or see the Majestic Readers Theater perform “Sylvia" at 3pm or 7pm.
Happy Labor Day! Be sure to get out and visit a few Bounty sites!
You can check our events calendar to see everything that’s happening this weekend, find out which bands are playing which venues, and see some art shows.
Have a great weekend, everyone!
